Nuclear Report Blames Electrician
Ah, Browns Ferry, pride of Athens, Alabama. If any American nuclear plant were to go Chernobyl, I figure it would be Browns Ferry, which has never worked right. I swear, most of my life it’s been “Browns Ferry to close”, “Browns Ferry to re-open”, “Browns Ferry to half-close”. In this case, an electrician screwed up and four workers were burned.
I have no particular problem with nuclear power, but I’d prefer nuclear plants to be run by competent people. If Homer Simpson really did work at a nuclear power plant, I swear it would be Browns Ferry.
