If you were representing Richard Scrushy, wouldn’t you want the tapes that incriminate him in his own words thrown out? This not being an episode of Law & Order, I figure they’ll stay in.

Shelby: Moore bill will pass Senate

If this ridiculous piece of legislation passes, it will probably be ruled unconstitutional anyway. But the idea of the legislature trying to limit the power of the courts like this makes me very uncomfortable. It’s probably just Shelby grandstanding to keep Moore from running for his job.
