This is a very interesting story to me. Why? Because it makes such a big point of Will Oakley being fast; he’s a wide receiver, he’s supposed to be fast. What it doesn’t mention is why they are making a point of him being fast. Will Oakley is white, and white wide receivers are not supposed to be fast.

Apparently, he made mock of a claim that Latinos are ten percent of the NASCAR audience. I don’t buy that either, but he said something else in the process. USA Today won’t say what and actually pretends that they don’t know.
