Yeah, god forbid they actually work in those stores instead of hanging around and taking up space.

It would be nice if Chelsea would consider opening some kind of teen community center while it’s passing the “no loitering” ordinance. I grew up in a small town, and there really was nothing to do and nowhere to go. We hung out in the McDonald’s parking lot, and one city commissioner referred to us as fender lizards.
