I have no idea how they can do this. They’d have to block off Bryant Drive for a millenia, and probably have to dig up the bodies across the street.
Plus, goddammit, do we really need 102K? How is that going to make things better? Didn’t anyone realize that no one likes a football warehouse?
I mean, the east stands in ’98 were important to make up for no longer having Legion Field, and the north end zone bit was good, especially with the plaza and all that extra crap they crammed in, but I don’t see any redeeming value to a south end zone addition.
I don’t know about you, but I’m still bitter about the Communication school losing parking.
No joke, Mac. It’s not like that side of campus had plenty of parking to begin with (at least not since 2003, when I started…)
I say they just build a new building across the street with a live feed on several big screens and a speaker from the announcer’s booth.
Charge regular admission and I bet it’ll still fill up.
