He kind of has to have a new image. He was the interim mayor last time he ran. Now he’s a “consultant” with no money and no visible means of support. I’m surprised his slogan isn’t “Bell: Will Mayor for Food”. Other ideas:

“Bell: Are You Going to Finish That?”
“Bell: I Really Need the Work”
“Bell: I Just Need a Couple of Bucks for Gas”
