Riley still plans to make an appointment. In other words, there is every chance that at some point two different people are going to show up claiming to hold the same seat on the Jefferson County Commission. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that things could get even more insane due to the absence of Larry Langford.

And no one has contacted a major television network about creating a reality show to exploit this situation? “Survivor: Jefferson County Commission Edition!”
