Five members of the city council are mad

The council voted 5-3 with an abstention to take money to repair sidewalks and instead spend it on… Idiocy.
The city’s money is better spent as part of the $55 million needed to redevelop Fair Park and Five Points West with an indoor track, equestrian facilities and an Olympic-sized swimming pool and stadium, Langford said.
Honestly, I still don’t know what all this is for. I have no idea. I do know that whatever it’s for, it won’t be worth it.
