Lipscomb official arrested on impersonation charge- al.com
Can they get through one day without a government official being arrested? Maybe on the weekend. This time, the guy who was arrested for stalking was arrested for impersonating a police officer. He may have some issues. Anyway, the Lipscomb PD really needs to be shut down with the Sheriffs taking over policing duties, which seem mostly to be confined to keeping city councilmen off the streets.
