Makes it sound like it’s coming out of his pockets, doesn’t it? It’s “leftover” bond money, apparently. Couldn’t they spend it on paying off the bonds? You do know that you eventually have to pay those back, don’t you? Also, Morris Avenue is a stupid location for a transportation hub.
