Not my fault

Third-party independent candidates also on ballot | | The Tuscaloosa News | Tuscaloosa, AL

Stupid Nader will apparently appear on the Alabama ballot, not that it matters, though certain relatives of mine seem to think voting for him in 2000 was a good idea. Anyway, I was approached a couple of weeks ago by a Libertarian canvasser. Apparently, there was a cooperative agreement between them, the Naderites, and those weirdos in the Constitution Party, where they’d gather signatures for all three. I signed for the Libertarian and the Constitutioner, but refused to for Nader.

At least they were willing to do the work to get on the ballot instead of cranking about it and selling magazines.

We need more choices on the ballot than tweedledee/tweedledum.

  2. Didn’t they have a website in 2000 where “safe” red state residents could sign on to vote for Nader in exchange for having somebody in a swing state vote for Gore? Is this happening again?
