Bell’s wages (from what, I have no idea, I thought he just ran for office) are being garnished to pay off this debt to an advertising agency. “However, [the ad agency lawyer] says the monthly garnishment of $600 does not even cover the interest and at this rate Bell will never pay it off.” He’s got some big shoes to fill, but Larry couldn’t have done any better.
